How to request deletion

Email info@petarivanov.tech from the address your account uses with the subject “Delete my account”, naming the app you use. We confirm the request within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days. (An in-app “Delete account” option is coming to both apps’ settings; until it ships, email is the way.)

What gets deleted

• your sign-in account and profile;
• your training data — programs, workout logs, check-ins, body measurements, and intake answers we hold about you;
• copies in routine backups, as those backups expire.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example invoicing records), for as long as it requires. If you train through a coach, the Privacy Policy (section 3) explains which data is handled on your coach’s behalf — deleting your account removes it from the apps either way.

Not ready to delete everything?

You can also ask us to correct specific data or send you a copy of it, without deleting your account — the same email address works for every request under the GDPR. Your full set of rights is described in the Privacy Policy.
